Hi Craig, not sure what you mean by '“chromatic aberration”… Usually, this term is used for lens artefacts.
Anyhow, I would strongly suggests you don’t use any white point simulation, nor use the DCI whitepoint. If you want to keep your workflow simple and free of colour artefacts, use P3-D65 and use it natively with the projector. You may have to create a new TCGD in the projector if it’s not there.
That being said, grading with a laser projector can lead to metarism issues, so staying away from white point simulation will remove a pain point and will avoid confusing the issues.
