CLF is becoming a SMPTE standard.

The new CLF standard SMPTE ST 2136-1 is currently open for public review and comment.
Please review the document and comment at https://github.com/SMPTE/st2136-1

One design goal was to keep maximum backwards compatibly with the current CLF v3.0 specification.

However, some minor changes to the schema restrictions were necessary. Therefore, we are especially seeking comment from any manufacturers that currently support CLF or have CLF on their product roadmap.

Thanks. Not quite sure how it inserted an extra “c” in the “.com” when pasting the link, but should be fixed now.
