What IDT should I use if I shot on a Sony A7SIII Slog3 SGamut3Cine into ProRes Raw converted into Apple ProRes 444? Thanks

ProRes Raw would not be Slog3 SGamut3Cine. Raw can be decoded in various ways, and does not have a colour space until it is decoded. Assuming Slog3 SGamut3Cine was selected as the decoding format when the ProRes Raw was transcoded to ProRes444, then the Slog3 SGamut3Cine IDT would be appropriate.

You may need to manually override input range scaling (under Clip Attributes if you are using Resolve). I discuss this on the S-Gamut3 / S-Log3 page on my website, if that is helpful.
