OUTPUT SRGB or UTILITY SRGB TEXTURE?

You would need to build the reverse transform as a series of LUTs — probably at least a 1D + a 3D, so you made a modified ACES config where the from ref and to ref for Output sRGB were not exact inverses of one another.
