was meeting #169 the last one of the OT VWG ? Or are there future meetings planned just to wrap-up and say goodbye ?

I expect there will be at least a few more meetings. But they just won’t happen every week.
I’ll let @alexfry answer about the configs in his repo.
There are of course preliminary configs available for OCIO v2.4.0, but those are of limited use since 2.4.0 is not in any apps. I’m testing it myself now using the Python bindings.
