Attending Camerimage indicates to me that someone is serious about cinematography, so I am looking forward to Friday morning’s Academy-led session, where a great panel will be looking at a range of issues surrounding ACES, and ACES in digital remastering, including (but definitely not limited to):

How ACES can help us to protect the look and future legacy of our projects.
How ethics are significant in film-to-digital remastering projects.
How an increasing number of commissioners require that ACES be employed.
How knowledge of ACES might present a career development opportunity for emerging talent and hardened pros alike.

See you there. Bring your thoughts and questions.

Here’s a couple of pix from the panel and lunch after. More to come!
